The Clampton County Folk Music Festival

Come out this weekend for the Clampton County Folk Music

Festival! This festival has been a popular part of Clampton

culture for over fifty years, and we want to share it with a new

generation. For this reason, all kids ten and under are free! Come

hear musicians from all over Clampton County. The Singing Sisters will definitely be appearing

on Saturday evening, and the famous Gregory Gail will appear on Sunday. The festival will be held in the

historic Old Town Square. Come early to enjoy all the facilities before the crowds get there. In addition to the

music, enjoy rides, games, and delicious food. The popular restaurant Grandma's Goodies will be serving up

turkey legs and fried cookies. Maybe you will want to challenge the Metal Monster roller coaster ...

but maybe do it before stuffing your face with all that tasty food!

Comic Book Festival

Greetings, Earthlings! This weekend is the Third Annual Science

Fiction and Comic Book Festival. Be our intergalactic guest and

come out Saturday afternoon to join us at the charming Hideaway

Hotel on 7th Street. Dress up like your favorite comic book

character and get in free! However, be reasonable, and don't just

dress as yourself with secret powers. The best costume will win one

of three fabulous prizes! Not creative enough to come up with a costume? You can also win a prize by being

the first to solve our Perplexity Puzzle. But be warned! Only the most brilliant minds can hope to unlock this

riddle. Bring your space bucks as well, because we have vendors offering celestial treasures you won't want

to leave in a black hole. Come to the Third Annual Science Fiction and Comic Book Festival and blast off!
